The gravity research group of the Astrophysics Research Centre has a Postdoctoral opportunity available in theoretical relativistic astrophysics, gravitational collapse, black holes and modified gravity theories with application to recent astronomical observations such as gravitational lensing from 1 July 2023 – 30 June 2025. The incumbent will work closely with the research group and provide research assistance on various gravity projects, undertake literature surveys, develop gravitational models in various gravity theories, and assist with the supervision of postgraduate activities. The incumbent will be expected to engage in full-time postdoctoral studies under the supervision of an academic staff member(s) in Mathematics.
